The Gay Factor
There has been great contention regarding lesbian, gay, bisexual, and trans-gender as the related laws vary greatly by country or territory-everything from legal recognition of same-sex marriage or other types of partnerships, to the death penalty as punishment for same-sex sexual activity or identity.
A great deal of dilemma has always revolved around the issues like gay rights, lesbian rights and most importantly the same sex marriage rights. Although the government and the people in general have shown a more libertine attitude towards these issues, they have always been a matter of great controversy. This is well evident from the fact that regarding the legend Micheal Jackson, who is claimed to be a gay by his dermatologist Arnold Klein which, however, is strongly refuted by Jackson's father – Joe Jackson- declaring them to be "not true".
